As the colder months approach there are any DIY treatments I like to do to keep it from drying out. One of my favorites is a mayo treatment. I simply lather my hair in mayo and let it site for 30 minutes and then rinse with room temperature water. Don’t use hot water or it will cook the eggs that mayo is made from. This leave my hair shiny and soft for weeks. I like to do this about once a month. My teen daughter also has started doing it and loves the after affect is leaves in her hair.
