Echo Dot Makes Life Easier

Echo Dot would make the perfect holiday gift this season for almost any adult. This cool little gadget is a hands-free, voice controlled device that uses the same voice recognition as the Echo. You can directly connect Echo Dot to speakers with an audio cable or via Bluetooth, and add voice-control to your home stereo system. Plus, it has a small built-in speaker, you can place Echo Dot anywhere in the home. It’s especially nice in the bedroom to use as  a smart alarm clock, or in any room as a voice assistant to control smart home devices and more.

Echo Dot can also connect to your speakers or headphones that you already have over Bluetooth or through a 3.5 mm audio cable that will allow you to have stereo sound to the speakers you choose. The Dot will then connect to the Alexa Voice Service to play music, provide information, news, sports scores, weather, and more.

No worries about Echo Dot not hearing you, because it can hear from all the way across the room, even if you have music playing. Whenever you want to use Echo Dot, you just say it’s wake word “Alexa” and Dot responds instantly. If you have more than one Echo or Echo Dot, Alexa responds intelligently from the Echo you’re closest to with ESP (Echo Spatial Perception).
