I recently had the chance to review a handful of products from the company Goat Milk Stuff. This is the first time I have ever tried a product maid from goat milk. so, I was intrigued. I received soaps,sample soaps (not shown in my picture below), lip balm, bath fizzy, and a lotion stick. Goat milk soaps are maid from nothing but good ingredients such as natural fats and oils that produce a long lasting moisturizing bar. The colors are all natural too, never from dyes or synthetic colors and they only use high quality essential or fragrance oils to scent their goat milk soaps.

The scent’s I chose for the soap bars were: Rosemary Spearmint Essential Oil, Evergreen Seasonal, Lemongrass Essential Oil, Luv Spell, Lavender Essential Oil, Clean Cotton, Nautical and Baby Powder. Right away I noticed the ingredients Raw goat milk, Saponified natural fats, coconut oil, sunflower oil; Essential Oils; Natural color. I really love the fact that all the ingredients are natural. And since I have eczema my skin gets very itchy all over. My eczema is not something I have lived with all my life. It’s actually something new I have been dealing with for a few years now and has gotten worse. So I have been trying new products in hopes of finding one that helps some of my symptoms. I have found that Goat Milk Stuff does help me with my symptoms as far as not itching as much as I normally do. And I have also found that I am not having as many break outs as I normally would. With that being said I am already on their site looking to see what I want to purchase next. This time I am going to try a couple of soaps that are designed for eczema. I wish I noticed them the first time I ordered. I am hoping they will work even better than these scents already do.

All the scents I found to be very relaxing and soothing type of smell. And strong enough to leave you smelling fresh. The soap lathers well and doesn’t fall apart. The large size bars are the perfect size for showering and last long.

The Bath Fizzy is just like a regular bath bomb that fizzes but in a powder form. I really enjoy this stuff. Just add some to your bath water for smooth and silky skin. I ordered the Love Spell and just LOVE this scent for a bath fizzy. My skin smells so beautiful. I highly recommend it for the ladies. Goat Milk Stuff bath fizzy powder is wonderful for all-over moisturizing. It is packaged so pretty in an organza bag which would make for a wonderful gift. It contains 2 oz. which is perfect for a single bath. Note: The cold relief bath fizzy may make your skin feel cool even in hot water because of the added menthol. And then there is the Lotion Stick. Their lotion sticks use natural ingredients to moisturize your dry skin. To use the lotion stick, just rub it on the dry spot, you can then rub it in with your hands, or just let your skin absorb it. In a few moments, it will sink into your skin and leave it feeling smooth and soft. Be careful not to use too much – these are not diluted with water the way liquid lotions are. I love using this for my bad dry spots on my hands from the eczema. This is the most moisturizing lotion I have ever found in my life!! Well at least it is for me. Once again the ingredients are natural and are Soybean oil, Beeswax, Sunflower oil, Cocoa butter, Shea butter, Vitaman E, Fragrance. You have got to try this on your skin after you shave! You will have the most amazing soft legs.

The lip balm is just as wonderful as all the other products. And the ingredients are Soybean oil, Beeswax, Sunflower oil, Cocoa butter, Shea butter, Vitamin E, Flavor oil (not in unscented), Menthol (peppermint only). Goes on smooth with a nice taste left on your lips.

Alpha Hydroxy Acids. Goat milk contains alpha-hydroxy acids such as lactic acid which help remove dead skin cells from your skin’s surface. This leaves new cells on the surface of your skin that are smoother and younger looking. The alpha-hydroxy acids are so effective because they break down the bonds that hold the dead skin cells together. Removing dead skin cells will help many skin conditions by removing irritation. Water-based soaps may use harsh chemical acids to accomplish this, frequently with skin-damaging results.

Vitamins. Goat milk contains many vitamins, but is particularly high in Vitamin A, which is necessary to repair damaged skin tissue, and maintain healthy skin. There have been several medical studies showing that creams made with Vitamin A reduce lines and wrinkles, control acne, and provide some psoriasis relief. Water-based soaps can be artificially fortified with vitamins, but most aren’t.

Cream. Fat molecules are an important part of making good soap. The cream that is present in goat milk helps boost the moisturizing quality of goat milk soaps. Since many people suffer from dry skin, particularly in the winter months, this is an important quality for soap. Goat milk soap will not dry your skin out like many other soaps. This is important because keeping skin naturally moisturized helps keep skin healthy.

Minerals. Goat milk contains important minerals for the skin such as selenium. Selenium is believed by scientists to have an important role in preventing skin cancer. Selenium can also help prevent damage to the skin from excessive time in the sun. Although the water used in other soaps may contain minerals such as calcium, sodium, or iron (commonly found in tap water), that’s not much help when it comes to your skin. (Note: Many areas in the United States have pastures low in selenium. At Goat Milk Stuff, our dairy goats get a selenium booster, to insure their mineral needs are met.)
