If you meet forest gnomes disguised as zombies, dig up a mysterious old journal filled with secrets and ciphers, or encounter spooky hijinks at the local condemned convenience store, you’ve just crossed over into….”Gravity Falls”, where there’s always something peculiar going on!
Not too long ago I had the opportunity to review Disney Channel’s Popular Animated TV Series , “Gravity Falls.”I was sent this copy in exchange for my honest review.
With over two hours of hilarious adventures, irreverent Humor and unforgettable characters. PLUS! A free exclusive Mystery Book: Journal #3. Including 6 strange tales: Tourist Trapped The Legend Of The Gobble Wonker Headhunters The Hand That Rocks The Mabel The Inconveniencing Dipper vs. Manliness In this animated adventure comedy riddled with mystery, twin brother and sister Dipper and Mabel are sent to spend their summer vacation with their great uncle.
Upon arrival, their great uncle, also known as Grunkle Stan, enlists the siblings’ help in running The Mystery Shack, a fun tourist trap he owns that overcharges unsuspecting customers. While Dipper has a hard time getting used to his new surroundings, Mabel’s upbeat optimism comes in handy in her quest to find true love. When Dipper stumbles upon an exclusive book, he discover that it is the key to unlocking the town’s mysterious secrets, and the brother and sister duo soon realize they must rely on one another to navigate the unfamiliar place. The kids uncover mysterious surprises, unsurpassed silliness and supernatural shenanigans lurking around every corner of the deceptively sleepy little town.
When I had first heard about the show, “Gravity Falls” I wasn’t sure what it was about, I don’t really keep up with cartoons. But when I found my son and daughter watching I thought it was pretty kooky and funny, something a little like the, “Regular Show”, and “Adventure Time.” A show you would most likely find on Cartoon Network. But when it went to commercial I was it was on Disney Channel!

I would have never expected a weird, kooky show like, “Gravity Falls.” Too be honest I’m pretty sure this is the only show like this on Disney Channel. I feel like it really should have been on Cartoon Network, it doesn’t really fit right on Disney Channel. Anyway, when I showed my son and daughter the new DVD I received, they were excited to watch it. Some of the episode are kind of spooky, something great for the Halloween season around. The animations are great, the jokes and personalities are so funny. The creators did great capturing each person. I actually very much like it. My children like it a lot of course. My son’s favorite episode is, ‘Dipper vs Manliness’. My daughter enjoyed them all so did I. If you or your kids are a fan of the popular Disney Channel show, “Gravity Falls” I recommend this DVD to you!
