Well here we are, week 3 of the Nutrisystem Program complete. I didn’t lose any weight this week. I actually gained 1 pound. I wish I knew why but I have no answer for that. I was really stressed this week and I am on a couple new allergy medications. Maybe the 2 of those combined had something to do with it, not so sure. I am a little frustrated after seeing the 1 pound gain. But as I said before there is no giving up I know I can do this!
All in all it was a great week regardless of no weight loss. Sticking to the program is easy. Another one of my favorite things about the Nutrisystem Program is that everything is done for you. There is no thinking involved just follow the program and eat the food required. I did a little more exercising this week. Slowly building up to at least 4 to 5 days a week is my goal. Still looking for a good workout playlist. Any suggestions would be great.
Here is whats for dinner tonight. Nutrisystem Dinner Grilled Chicken Breast. I chose to make a healthy salad with the grilled chicken breast topped with balsamic vinaigrette. And can you believe this is shelf stable. And fully cooked! I think it took me maybe 5 minutes and dinner was done!
