Neater Feeder Review

The Neater Feeder is the world’s first pet feeding system for dogs and cats that contains spills and splashes and separates slipped food from spilled water. The Neater Feeder is made in the USA by TowerStar Pets LLC from recyclable polypropylene plastic, and is dishwasher safe.

For all those pet owners out there, we all have those problems with splashed water on the outside of water dishes or let over food on the floor from food dishes. It’s a hassle to clean up after every time your pet eats. Right?

Well the Neater Feeder can no doubt take those problems away. With it’s lower reservoir that spilled water drains into, and spilled food can stay off the floor and walls. With the filtering feature it separates spilled food from spilled water, making it easier to clean up with out having to clean up soggy dog food. It’s designed in multiple sizes so you are sure to find one you and your furry friend will like.

The Neater Feeder provides a healthier eating environment for your pet. First of all it keeps their dining area neat, clean, and much more sanitary. It also doesn’t allow pests from getting to your pet’s food or water and reduces the spills and mess that attract them in the first place. Also, the Neater Feeder is elevated, improving comfort, digestion, and reducing neck and joint strain.

Neater Feeders sent me one feeder  for my cats, and one for my dog free of charge in exchange for my honest opinion.  I received the large Neater Feeder created for taller dogs weighing in about 30-100 lbs, with a shoulder height of 20″+. The large Neater Feeder includes one 7 cup standard stainless steel food bowl, one 9 cup extra capacity stainless steel water bowl, one set of leg extensions, and a set of non-skid rubber pads. I got this one in the color bronze.

For my cats I received a Cat Neater Feeder created for taller cats with a 6″+ should height. This one also included leg extensions, one 1 cup standard stainless steel food bowl, one 1.5 cup extra capacity stainless steel water bowl, and a set of non-skid rubber pads. I also got this one in the color bronze.

The set-up for both the large Neater Feeder for my dog and the Cat Neater Feeder for my cats was very easy. All I had to do was take out the bottom section and place it with the rubber, non-skid pads on the floor. Then take out the top section and place it on the bottom section. And I had to be sure that the curve on the top section matched with the curve on the bottom section. Next I placed the stainless steel food and water bowls in the receptacles.

The Neater Feeders keep my animal’s eating area much cleaner, and I don’t have to clean up after them all the time which is refreshing to know. They are very stylish, with their modern look. My animals love them, they don’t have to bend their heads down anymore. And I may not be a cat or dog but I know their necks must ache after so long of bending and stretching downward. I even like the fact that you can personalize the Neater Feeder with your pet’s name on it. This is truly a great product, probably something every pet owner needs.

This was something that I really needed, it keeps the floor clean and away from mold starting. I used to use towels and even newspaper to put under their bowls to soak up the water or catch the food but it never worked well. To be honest I once had ants due to the fact of cat food build-up behind the cat food bowls. They are worth the price, they are sturdy, their performance is great and are life savers. Haha. You won’t be disappointed!
