Well I made it through my first week on the Nutrisystem Success Program. The food was great and I tried a few new things. Such as Salisbury Steak With Mac & Cheese which was a frozen meal, Chicken Enchilada which was also a frozen meal and Chicken Pot Pie which is a self stable meal. I really enjoyed the Steak With Mac & Cheese and the Chicken Pot Pie and will definitely be ordering those again. The Mac & Cheese tasted like real cheese and it was so creamy. The Chicken Enchilada was the only meal this week I didn’t like so much. I mean it wasn’t awful it was just not for me.
I also lost 2lbs. this week on my Nutrisystem Success diet!! Been drinking lots of water and of course there were a couple days I just forgot to drink 64oz. When I do forget I notice the next day, because I don’t wake up as energized and feel as great as I do when I remember to drink at least 64oz. of water a day. Since drinking enough water everyday I have actually noticed a lot of wonderful changes that I am not sure are connected with it or not. Such as not getting headaches anymore, sleeping better and waking up earlier and feeling great. I also don’t feel light headed like I use to once in a while and I always feel full.
Well 2lbs. down this week. Can’t wait to get below the 280’s. Although I didn’t have a huge drop in weight this week for me personally and my body 2lbs. is excellent! Next week I will start doing my measurements on a weekly basis as well.
