- Bettey Crocker Peanut Butter Cookie Mix
- 1 Package of Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Miniatures (freeze for a couple of hours)
- Mini Muffin Pan
Make the Bettey Crocker Peanut Butter Cookie Mix as directed on the back of the package. Once your mixture is ready add a teaspoon full of the cookie mix to each section in the mini muffin pan or fill almost to the top.
Next Bake as directed on the package. While they back unwrapp the needed amount of Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Miniatures. Be sure your Reese’s Cups have been in the freezer for a couple of hours or you will have a big mess.
Once the cookies are done baking immediately remove them from the oven. Next press gently the frozen Reese’s Cups with your thumb into the center of each cookie. Just enough so they are level with the top of the cookie.
Lastly let them cool for about 30 minutes before eating. If you are giving as a gift let them cool for 2 hours or chill for a hour.
