My husband Shaunn will be joining me on my weight lose journey very soon. He is going to be starting the Nutrisystem D program. Nutrisystem D portion-controlled meals are designed for people with type 2 diabetes or at high risk. With the right balance of carbs, protein and fat so you can lose weight and manage your blood glucose the healthy way. Shaunn is 5’6 and weighs 266lbs. His goal weight is 180lbs. By the way I am still looking for songs to add to my work out playlist. So if you have any suggestions or would like to share songs that motivate you. I would love to hear about about it!

Woo-hoo, that’s awesome that you’re doing so well and that your hubby will be joining you! My fiance and I are both on Nutrisystem and it’s so great to have the support of someone else while you do it. The only downside is that guys lose weight faster, so I’m side-eyeing him as he eats more NS desserts than me and loses more weight. LOL! Just kidding, but it is funny. 🙂 I love how great Nutrisystem is for diabetics because it runs my fiance’s family.

As for workout songs, it depends what style of music you like. I could make some recommendations but I have very eclectic taste, so my workout playlist has everything from Maroon 5 to Nine Inch Nails!

  2. Congrats on the weight loss, 10lbs is a big deal!
