My children are a lot older now but when my daughter was 3 she didn’t like to stay in her seat. 1 day I was driving home and caught her out of the corner of my eye standing up in her car seat. It just about scared me to death to see her up out of the seat. After that day I didn’t let her do her seat belt alone anymore til I knew she would stay put.
