Follow Me on my Journey to a Healthier Me

I really am not sure how my weight got so out of control at a whooping 316lbs. at and only 5ft tall. Wow I can’t believe I just told you that lol. But this is my second chance and I want to share it with you.

About 2 years ago I moved from NY to FL and after living here for one year I lost my Mom unexpectedly 8 days before she was on her way to visit us. A short time after that I lost a very close friend who I also looked at as a mom. For the next year I became very depressed didn’t leave the house much , didn’t do much and manly just worked on the computer. I could feel I was gaining some weight but at that time I was already over weight but never this heavy. I recently made some changes about 4 months ago and lost 26lbs. and I am down to 290lbs. and have a BMI score of 57 and that is really bad. And I need to make a change now if I want to be here for my family for many years to come. I am ready and know I can do this. I hope your excited to read along and see my transformation as I gain my life back. Below is a picture of me and my son 2 months ago. I will have a full body picture for you to see for my before picture on Thursday next week.

So to help me along and make a change in my life I am going to be starting the Nutrisystem program! And would love it if you followed me on my journey to a happier healthier me. I have a lot of weight to lose a total of 150 lbs. for my first goal and not much after that. I know I can do this and with your support and encouragement I think it will make for a fun ride.
