SafeLink Wireless is a government supported program that provides a free cell phone and airtime each month for income-eligible customers.

SAFELINK WIRELESS service is a program for Income eligible households provided by TracFone Wireless, Inc. In order to participate in the SAFELINK WIRELESS service, persons must meet certain eligibility requirements set by each State where the service is to be provided. These requirements are based on a person’s participation in a state or Federal support programs or by meeting the Income Poverty Guidelines as defined by the U.S. Government. SAFELINK WIRELESS service is limited to one person per household. 

And No one in your household currently receives Lifeline Service through another phone carrier.You must have valid United States Postal Address in order for them to ship you your free phone you must also live at a residence that can receive mail from the US Post Office. Sorry, but P.O. Boxes cannot be accepted. In addition to meeting the guidelines above you will also be required to provide proof of your participation in an assistance program, or proof of your income level.

 Safelink Wireless is a provider of Government’s Lifeline support program. The program limits Lifeline Support Service to one per household.

    Hello yes my SafeLink phone won’t power on its been like this for a Month now and I like my phone I had it for years and I’m trying to see how can I get another one, I called the SafeLink phone number but I only get the machine no live person

    Hi, about 2 years ago I received a phone from Safelink. I have yet to use it. We basically kept our current provider and try to make small payments when possible. But it has become too much for us to handle, and we need help. Can you tell me what I can do if anything?
