Not too long ago I had the opportunity in reviewing a movie called Horrid Henry the Movie SLIME PACK. This movie is based on the popular children’s book series by Francesca Simon, called, Horrid Henry.
When I received this movie pack I thought it was pretty cool because in the movie case, included there was a package of green slime! I knew my son would this no doubt. And included with the pack came a book from Francesca Simon’s Horrid Henry series.
A little summary of the movie; When Henry fails yet again to hand in his homework for the umpteenth time, he inadvertently sets off an unexpected and curious chain of events. He forms an unlikely alliance with Moody Margaret, the infuriating girl next door, outwits corrupt School Inspectors, topples an evil Headmaster, wins a talent contest, and stands up to his ultimate nemesis. With each antic crazier than the last, Henry finds himself inexplicably trying to save the very school which he has always professed to hate.
A little summary of the book; Horrid Henry and his neighbor Moody Margaret decide to make the most sloppy, slimy, sludgy, sticky, smelly, goody, gluey, gummy, greasy, gloppy flop possible. Is it the best glop in the world or the worst thing that’s ever happened to them? PLUS three other stories so funny that they are unmentionable.
The movie was quite funny with great pranks and reactions. It’ll leave you on the edge of your seat waiting to see each turn of events. The characters played are perfect and humorous. Young boys and girls all over will love this movie.
With Halloween approaching children can spook the family and their friends with the included green slim pack!
