Jessica Nail Polish Review

Jessica Nail Polish Review

Nail polish has always been something that I have loved for years. So I was very happy when I found out I would be reviewing Jessica Nail Polish from JessicaCosmetics.com. I didn’t get to choose the colors that I wanted instead I received a box from the Autumn Collection with six nail polishes in it. The six colors were: Champagne Bubbles, Gingersnap, Pumpkin Delight, Brown Sugar, Cinnamon Kiss, and Crimson Tattoo.

The Champagne Bubbles is a light-gold, with lots and lots of sparkles. The Gingersnap is a dark-copper type color with a lot of sparkles as well. The Pumpkin Delight is a dark-brass color with sparkles. Brown Sugar is just a dark-brown color, Cinnamon Kiss is a dark sparkly red, and Crimson Tattoo is a blood red type color.

My favorite color I liked out of the whole collection was the Champagne Bubbles, I liked the light-gold color and of course the sparkles. It goes with almost everything! I don’t like the other nail polishes because I never liked those dark browns, and dark copper colors. But, however my daughter does and she loved the Champagne Bubbles, Gingersnap, Pumpkin Delight, and Cinnamon Kiss as well. The one color that I just did not like that much for everyday wear was Crimson Tattoo, it was very dark red, just like blood red. And it stained my fingernail and the skin around it. Maybe this would look better on my toenails. Below is a picture of a couple of the nail polishes and how they came out.

One con that I found about the Jessica Nail Polish was that it would take literally hours to dry. Even after waiting till the next morning I took my fingernail and pressed on my nail with it it left a dent. It was still tacky, it would not harden. I don’t know if it was the nail polish or if it was just me. If you are into the dark colors in the collection then I recommend it. Do you ever have trouble getting nail polish to dry? If so what are your tips to get it to harden?

  1. received Jessica nail polish (pink and brillance high gloss clear), I’ve been wearing polish for over 60 years and have never had polish last so long, absolutely love it and will only purchase this brand for now on, that is when I find out where to purchase it. I received the 2 bottles I have in a wonderful gift bag. ANY INFORMATION would help. Thanks

  2. I love those colors! Great review. 🙂

  3. The colors looks really pretty. I like the lighter sparkly campaign color in the middle. I am the worst with waiting for nail polish to dry but i have found one product that helps. I would suggest buying Seche Vite top coat. It will make your polish dry within seconds! It’s a little pricey but I love that stuff. It’s well worth it if you paint your nails on your own and don’t want to wait for them to dry.

The way I get my nails to dry is to dip my fingertips in ice water. It doesn’t mess up the polish but it hardens it quickly. I don’t like polish that takes a long time to dry either. I am usually doing something else with one hand while I am waiting for the other to dry.
