We moved from New York to Florida about 3 1/2 years ago. During the first year we moved here we had such a hard time finding a good pizza place. If you have ever had a slice of pizza from New York you know there’s nothing like it and hard to compare. So we were stuck eating this terrible pizza from some cheap pizza place around the corner from our house.
We have family night every other Saturday, and we like to enjoy playing board games, watching movies and eating great pizza. Each family night we enjoy trying a new kind of pizza rather than the traditional pepperoni or sausage we used to get. So one night my son was at this gas station and called to tell me they had a pizza place next to it door called and asked me if I wanted to try them. So we did, and it was amazing! They even have a New York style pizza called the New Yorker with big slices and old world style pepperoni that is so good. We have ordered this one many, many times. Ever since that night Marco’s has been our go to pizza place and the only one we prefer over the others in our area.
We had and early family night this week because we couldn’t wait till Saturday night to try Marco’s New Grilled Chicken Florentine pizza and the New Spinach pizza that they just came out with on March 24th. Marco’s new Grilled Chicken Florentine pizza is a recipe of tender grilled chicken, parmesan garlic sauce, four cheese including feta, fresh sliced red onions and tomatoes, and fresh baby spinach on dough made daily. This pizza is absolutely mouth watering. Just the smell alone is enough to make me hungry. I hope they choose to keep it on the menu because right now it’s only for a limited time.
The second pizza we couldn’t wait for was the new cheese pizza topped with fresh spinach. The spinach gives this pizza just the right touch. We ordered ours on thin crust. The pizza was more crispy with a thinner crust.
These new pizza flavors are only available for a limited time. So if these sound yummy to you, I suggest you hurry to your nearest Marco’s and try it out for yourself. If you love pizza you will love this, and, just in time for National Spinach Day.

Those pizzas sound delicious. I do not like feta cheese but they do sound really good. The sound of the sauce sounds amazing. I never tried a white sauce on pizza before.
The feta blends so well with the others cheeses you would probably love it!
