Made it to week 5 on the Nutrisystem Success Program. This was a long week but I still lost a 1lb. Bringing my weight loss total to 285lbs. I did cheat twice this week and feel awful about it. Sometimes when I cheat and feel like I can’t help my self, I get these feelings like, “Will I ever lose weight?” and start to feel guilty or like quitting. Do ever feel this way? If so what do you do to pick your self back up and get right back on track?
Right now I feel like my biggest issue is getting bored with 4 cups of vegetables a day that I have to add in to my plan. The only thing I found that I like on them to give more flavor is fat free ranch dressing and horseradish. I do have salads as well but again to many like everyday can be to much. What ideas do you have for calorie free and very low calorie toppings for vegetables?
On a happier note I did still lose a pound and that is an accomplishment! If you struggle with losing weight like I do. You have to make small goals and look at every pound and inch lost as a huge achievement. Remember no one is perfect and this is a journey that will have it’s up and downs.
Another new favorite I ate this week on the Nutrisystem Success plan is the Frozen Cinnamon Roll. An ooey-gooey cinnamon roll!
You’ll never feel like you’re missing out with a piping hot pastry swirled with cinnamon and topped with a thick cream cheese frosting—this breakfast treat fits right in to your diet plan. Go ahead; indulge without any of the guilt!
And wow was this soooo good!! And that was for breakfast!!
