Skippy Recipe & Giveaway

It’s that time of the year again when people get into the Holiday spirit most of all they bake cookies! Oh how I love cookies! My favorite of all time is Peanut Butter Cookies. Bring Skippy Peanut Butter to the table this Holiday Season and make this awesome Never Impossible Peanut Butter Cookie recipe!

Never Impossible Peanut Butter Cookies

What you’ll need:

First, preheat the oven for 350° F.
Measure out 1 cup of peanut butter and pour it into the mixing bowl, then measure out 1 cup of sugar and pour that into the mixing bowl. Crack the large egg. Mix all ingredients until it is well blended and it won’t stick to your finger when touched.

Spray the cookie pan very lightly with non-stick butter spray (optional). Roll cookie dough into 1″-2″ thick balls and place on pan 2″ apart. Using a fork make a criss-cross pattern into each cookie, then bake in the oven for 11 minutes.

Next the minute you take them out of the oven add some chocolate chips to the tops but be careful not to burn yourself because the cookies will be very hot. Now wait for them to cool and enjoy!
