I just recently had the pleasure in reviewing, BRAVEN 570, the HD Wireless Speaker / Speakerphone / Phone Charger. When I received my BRAVEN 570 it came in the color Fiji Green. I was very impressed when I found out that is was a sort of a 4-in-1 device. It included a speakerphone, USB mobile phone charger, and both USB & audio cables. And it has a Bluetooth capability. On one side of the speaker it has an audio-out port for hooking up different portables and the USB port so you can use the BRAVEN 570’s battery power to charge devices on the go. On the other side, there’s a power switch, a audio-in, a micro-USB port for charging the speaker, and a few buttons that have many functions. Those buttons are, two volume buttons that can also skip and flip back through music tracks. Another button is able to pause music, and one of them can pair the speaker with Bluetooth devices, and the last is to answer and end phone calls.
It was very easy to get the BRAVEN 570 working. I wanted to listen to music, so I took out the audio cable it came with and plugged one end into the BRAVEN 570 and the other end into my laptop.
Compared to my other smaller favorite mini speaker, the BRAVEN 570 is much louder and is now at the top of my list of the best, and it has great, crisp and clear sound and deep bass. The BRAVEN 570 is a wonderful mini speaker, it works wonders with kindles, iPods, iPads, laptops, HTC (My cell), MP3 players, and more. But this isn’t something for a big party to jam out too. More of something if you are working out, doing house work, or taking on the go. In small areas, mostly. Like a small gathering of guests.
My son used the Bluetooth function with his HTC EVO 3D. And it worked right away. The sound didn’t change at all. It was still clear, loud, and just wonderful. But just having the Bluetooth component is great. Because I don’t always like to be tethered just to one spot. It suggests that it be charged for 2-4 hours for the full 10 hour playtime.
To charge you smartphone with the BRAVEN 570 just turn on your BRAVEN, plug the USB power cable that came with you phone into the USB port on the BRAVEN speaker. Then plug the other end into your mobile device, and it will immediately start charging.
