As a busy stay-at-home mom I am always trying to find an easy, tasty meal for my family that costs less. Hearing about Campbell’s SKILLET Sauces made a heavy weight lift off my shoulders.
Campbell’s SKILLET Sauces are a variety of 6 great-tasting sauces that can be easily made to spark up a plain dinner, just brown some meat, heat your favorite sauce in a pan and serve over rice or pasta. Each sauce is low in calories and can easily become a family favorite.
I recently had the pleasure of trying 4 out of the 6 sauces: Marsala with Mushrooms & Garlic, Toasted Sesame with Garlic & Ginger, Creamy Chipotle with Roasted Corn & Black Beans, and Thai Green Curry with Lemongrass & Basil. I was very pleased with each and every one of these sauces. First, I made the Toasted Sesame with Garlic & Ginger, with chicken and pasta. This was completely easy to make. All I did was cut up some chicken onto bit-sized cubes, brown it a bit then I added the sauce and finished cooking the chicken. Next I boiled some linguine, and just poured the chicken and sauce over the pasta. It literally only took me about 15 minutes, and not only was it easy-peesy, but it tasted fantastic.
The next night I made Marsala with Mushrooms & Garlic, with chicken and white rice. This dish was very lenient, just like the night before, I cut the chicken, cooked it with the sauce, put the white rice in the rice cooker and BAM! I poured the sauce over the hot white rice and delicious dinner was served! To be honest I actually liked this one more than the first one! Hahaha!
I can’t wait to taste the other two I have.
