No matter how I feel when I wake up each day I get ready like I am going somewhere special because each day of life is very special. This is something I started doing sometime ago to help boost mood and self esteem. It really does help. One of my favorite beauty secrets my mother shared with me is:

Mayo Hair Treatment

One of my favorites is a mayo treatment. I simply lather my hair in mayo and let it sit for 30 minutes then rinse with room temperature water. Don’t use hot water or it will cook the eggs that mayo is made from. This leaves my hair shiny and soft for weeks. I like to do this about once a month.
