Well here we are, week 3 of the Nutrisystem Program complete. I didn't lose any weight this week. I actually gained 1 pound. I wish I knew why but I have no answer for that. I was really stressed this week and I am on a couple new allergy medications. Maybe the 2 of those combined had something to do with it, not so sure.
